Maintenance

There are various ways to handle the maintenance of environments after installation. 

Maintenance Contracts – At this time, we are personably able to offer maintenance services only on a limited basis.  These services are available only within certain areas of Southern California and for environments that are not typically within the purview of other existing maintenance providers, such as aquarium maintenance providers, aquatic garden companies, landscape maintenance providers, etc.  Should demand for this kind of service increase, we may expand our service offerings, or train and subcontract to others to provide these services in other areas.

Location and Acquisition of Local Service Provider – For clients located outside Southern California who need maintenance services, we will attempt to locate an existing service provider and train this provider to maintain the environment.  For example, most cities of any size will have aquarium maintenance services.  It is not difficult to train someone experienced in this area to service a vivarium.  We will work with them to show them what they need to know, provide them with proper equipment and written instructions, and be available to consult with them by phone when necessary.

Client Training – Many clients either don’t want to trust their environments to others or enjoy maintaining their own environments.  This gives them opportunities to enjoy their plants and animals and allows them to assess the condition of their environment on a regular basis.  We can provide personalized training, written instructions and materials/equipment so you can do it yourself.
